Like other experienced and qualified consultants, I'm available worldwide for affordable online consultations by email covering a wide range of issues.

I charge nothing for people to say hello so don't ever feel inhibited simply to say hello. A hello is not a consultation but equally a consultation is not simply a 'hello' either. In this world we all do work and saying 'hello' is not work but focusing carefully and professionally on helping someone with their stuff is the same kind of work for me as fixing your car is work for the mechanic or baking your bread is work for the baker.

 

An online consultation works very similarly to a face to face consultation except that its through typing, not speaking, and you do your typing in privacy within your own time zone and I send back my replies within my time zone, so you will usually get your replies within 8-12 hours.

When you send an email to someone they will often reply by inserting their responses into the text of the email you had sent them so that you get back your original email but now have their responses inserted throughout.

An email consultation works in a similar way. It's an email discussion between you and me.

From your side you explain the context of who your consultation is about, the nature and history of the issues and what things you want help with, what questions you have or what things you need instructions, feedback or opinion on.

From my side, I then reply with those answers, inserting them into your original email so you have the full context (if you require more privacy than this I can also delete any of your own text and send only my own replies to that nobody can intercept what you originally sent me).

My replies may only take me 15 or 30 mins so the rest of the hour you paid for will remain in credit for a future email consultation.

If we run over time, I will only reply within the 60 minutes of my reply time you've paid for and will then insert a line explaining our paid time has run out at that point.

I do not charge for time spent reading, only answering, and do try to thoroughly address as much as I can in our hour.

When you've used up the hour's time you've paid for you are free to book another hour's time if you need or want to. There is no obligation to do so.

 

I do online consulting for people all around the world. I charge nothing when enquiries take me less than 5 minutes but if over that my hourly rate for time spent answering as a consultant is:

I never exceed one hour in any one email without asking if you want to continue. Payment for consultations is by credit card via PayPal below.  To book an hour's consulting time, click on the PayPal symbol and you'll go through to their online payment facility where you can pay for your consultation.  I will then contact you so we can start.

Those unable to pay by credit card may pay by cheque sent by post by prior arrangement (note: payment by cheque may incur an additional currency exchange charge).

I also have a sliding scale for those on limited incomes or from other countries for whom this fee may be too high to make use of this service.

On the booking form you will include your email address and I then will notify you by email as soon as payment reaches me. Then we start. What you write is completely confidential and I can reply in a way which maintains your confidentiality at your end. For those unable to use email, consultations via post may also be possible to arrange though this is a much slower process.
